Here at the Manor of Groves health club in

look forward to a sumptuous two course lunch, along with free entry to our
health club. After every lunch, there is a talk given by a visiting guest. That
keeps the afternoon interesting, and allows you to engage with the causes that
you feel passionate about. All of this is offered at the reduced price of
£16.50.

level of dining you're buying into. We have a top gastronomer working for us,
and he is all about fresh, local produce that's in season. Those who roll their
eyes at the idea of British cuisine have been unaware of the sea change in our
nation's restaurants that has been going on for some time now. You are
guaranteed a delicious meal for you and your gal pals.
Meanwhile, at our health club in Hertfordshire,
real experts will be looking after your skin. We are a hub for Dermalogica,
with the full array of their treatments to keep the beast at bay. We can pluck,
wax and polish any part of your anatomy within reason. However, after your
lunch, you may just want a bit of attention lavished on you, and a pedicure is
a wonderful way to spend the afternoon.
Above all, it's a very relaxing way to catch up
