You just can't beat the Kipling backpack

These days, Kipling is a firm part of the fashion landscape, thanks to its many stylish bags that combine cutting edge design with a high standard of manufacture. Ask anyone who's ever bought one: there's just no bag quite like the Kipling bag. But it all springs from the old school Kipling backpack, with this range remaining strong today here at authorised stockists RTherapy (http://www.rtherapyclothing.co.uk).

Ask someone older, like your Dad, about the venerable Kipling backpack. He might well have owned one - after all, backpacks were the foundation of the Kipling range when the brand first sprung into life in 1987. Today, 23 of the Antwerp company's bags are sold every minute somewhere in the world, so you can get a sense of just how much affection people have long had for these comfortable, well-made and functional backpacks.

The famous monkey key ring - which is attached to every single Kipling backpack, and is a nod to the origin of the Kipling name, The Jungle Book author Rudyard Kipling - clearly helps to explain such bags' collectability, but there's so much more to the popularity of such bags. Take a look, for example, at the Beat S small backpack. This is a simple backpack that, with its padded shoulder straps, is perfect as a first school bag. Its other features include a padded back, zipped front pocket and main double zipped compartment.

Or why not venture a little further up the current Kipling backpack range, to the Clas Challenger? This medium backpack is available in the broad assortment of colours that helps to distinguish the Kipling design approach from your usual bag manufacturer, with such schemes as Black Snake, Cactus Green, Chevron Stripe and Expresso Brown all available. But it's not just the colour that will attract you, as you'll also doubtless be enchanted by the crinkle nylon, adjustable padded shoulder straps, zipped main compartment and zipped front compartment that help to make this backpack such an invaluable companion on your travels.

Or what about the Clas Seoul? This is the perfect large backpack, with laptop protection and padded shoulder straps. Features of its main zipped compartment include not only the laptop protection with Velcro closure, but also a large open pocket, while in the zipped front pocket can be found a clipped keycord, two pen pockets, a cell phone pocket and an iPod pocket. There's also a large zipped front pocket and zipped pockets at the bag's top and left hand sides, in addition to - of course - the obligatory furry Kipling monkey key ring.

We could go on from here, mentioning the likes of the Firefly L N large backpack, Firefly N medium backpack, Light Torrin lightweight foldable backpack, and so on. But really, we think you get the picture: the Kipling backpack is darned practical, answering any need that you might have from such a bag. Nor will you find a better range anywhere, than the one right here at RTherapy (http://www.rtherapyclothing.co.uk).
